Praying for the entire team today as you dedicate houses. I know that through this great group of youth and adult leaders that amazing things will continue to happen. Happy Father’s Day!! I am sure this is one that you won’t forget. I know that God has been with you on this trip 100% as you have stayed healthy (unless you haven’t and told everyone not to say anything so I wouldn’t worry :)) I am so proud of you and so thankful that you have been able to blog through out this experience. I know you have more to tell us from your journal and as Pastor Jim would say I can’t wait to have you “unpackage” your journey. Similar to Colton Burpo I know that it will come over several weeks. Dad and Dianne came to the championship game yesterday. Mom and Dianne just came to Friday night and my parents were there for all three. Mom took some pictures on Saturday. We are off today to Kayleigh’s birthday party. Enjoy and take in everything that today will offer you. I know that this isn’t the last trip you will take as long as your health will allow you to. I love and miss you tons. Only two more sleeps!! Yeah!!!

Alittle muddy would be the under statement of the year. Iwas covered from head to toe and them some. Ifeel really good my shoulder is the only thing that is causing any kind of problem and i think that is from all the stuff above the shoulder in building the house..

    Way to go mudface.
Ben was absolutely awesome. He had a grandslam on Friday night and Sat. noon, he had another grandslam and a 3 run homer. I have been bragging to everyone that will listen and some that were reluctant to.
I am so proud of you and Vickie. You have come so far in your Christian walk and dedication to Gods work. You have nutured your children (my favorite people) to be excited about church and they have been broughten to Christ by your example. You have taken me into your family even though I am a “step” and have loved me like I wasn’t a step. I thank God for the 4 of you.

Most of all, thank you for being courageous enough to follow God’s prompting and lead all of these young people on this life changing, never to be forgotten journey. God bless you, my friend! Lynn

Thank you all for your prayers and support .This has been an amazing week.So much more then I could ever imagine. ” Our ” kids have been amazing the way they have grown throughout the week . They have been a blessing to be here working , playing and growing our faith in God. Small setback yesterday playing goalie again ( having a blast ) Ifell and banged my head real hard on the ground just got a good headach and nech and shoulder issues but this morning all that is sore is my neck. The village was way up in the mountains and for some it was alittle scary getting in and out but we made it. Several people came to know Christ so there is another big party going on in heaven. Today is shopping day in Antigua our fun day.Cannot wait to get home and see you all this has truly been an amazing God filled week.I am so glad God called me to this youth group and this mission trip.

Good morning everyone – The Lord is blessing the Allendale area with a much needed storm, rain, wind, thunder and lightening. Awesome!! Thinking and praying for all of you on your last day in paradise. So proud of everyone for taking God’s leading and sharing the love of Christ with so many wonderful and beautiful people in Guatemala. Thank you all for sharing little bits and pieces of your adventure. You have been such a blessing to all of us back in the states. The world has been a better place because of your trip, due to all of us praying for you and your trip. So many more prayers have been prayed in the last week than usual. Praise the Lord! Enjoy your day shopping and relaxing with friends and family. Hugs to you all! Can’t wait to hear all about your trip when you get home. Safety, health and love to you all! Be sure to keep your hearts and minds open to what God has in store for you all in many different ways. Heaven must be celebrating about all of the new followers from Guatemala. Thank you for your role in their new lives with Christ. We will continue to pray for Nancy that God will soften her heart and have the opportunity to welcome her into His mighty fold someday.
