Hey everyone! Guatemala is absolutely amazing so far! You wouldnt believe the veiw from base… We are looking straight at a volcano!! It amazes me more and more everyday! Its so amazing what God created! The past three days we have been at a village building houses.. The kids at the village are just the sweetest and most loving people you would ever meet! The second you meet them you instantly love them! Its so amazing to me that they have almost nothing and they are still so full of joy! God is really changing my perspective on alot of things… I am sooo much more thankful for all the things I have back home and I realized how important it is to have a personal relationship with God! Today was so life changing watching the families accepted God into their hearts! But unfortunately one lady did not.. So please be constantly praying for her!! Anyways everything is going great besides Alex is not feeling good at all! So lots of prayers for her! Tomorrow we are going to a different village to hand out medicine and I am looking forward to that! Anyways I cant wait to get back and tell you all about it! Miss you and love you guys!(:

Hi Nikki! How are you? We are so excited to hear of how this trip is impacting you and how God is working in your life! So many amazing experiences you will have to share with others…we can’t wait to hear all about them!! I bet the dedication of the homes was so gratifying for everyone and especially to see the people accept Christ into their lives. What a blessing! And seeing and talking especially with all the children must really touch your heart. Did you get to do anything with the kids? i know you girls were talking about doing their hair and nails!! I bet they would love that!
Today it sounds like you will be visiting the medical clinic. I bet that will be really interesting to see! Hope that Alex doesn’t have to be a patient there!!! What is exactly wrong with her? Is it the throwing up thing like that you can take that pill for? How long has she been feeling sick?? Is anyone else there sick with the similar thing?? We havent heard anything from Alex so I don’t know if she is able to get to the computer or what but can you PLEASE have her (or you) give us an update??? We are a little concerned! We love you girls and miss you both soooo much!!! We are praying and thinking of you everyday…can’t wait to see you!!! We are at the cottage this weekend and Grandma and Grandpa send their love and are so excited to hear all about your experiences!!! Love you!!! Talk to you soon, Love, mom, dad and carly

What a blessing that you can experience this with your sister. I pray that this will bring both of you closer in your love for each other but especially in your love for Christ. Hang in there! Your bed is so close!! Enjoy your last day.

Good morning everyone – The Lord is blessing the Allendale area with a much needed storm, rain, wind, thunder and lightening. Awesome!! Thinking and praying for all of you on your last day in paradise. So proud of everyone for taking God’s leading and sharing the love of Christ with so many wonderful and beautiful people in Guatemala. Thank you all for sharing little bits and pieces of your adventure. You have been such a blessing to all of us back in the states. The world has been a better place because of your trip, due to all of us praying for you and your trip. So many more prayers have been prayed in the last week than usual. Praise the Lord! Enjoy your day shopping and relaxing with friends and family. Hugs to you all! Can’t wait to hear all about your trip when you get home. Safety, health and love to you all! Be sure to keep your hearts and minds open to what God has in store for you all in many different ways. Heaven must be celebrating about all of the new followers from Guatemala. Thank you for your role in their new lives with Christ. We will continue to pray for Nancy that God will soften her heart and have the opportunity to welcome her into His mighty fold someday. Bless you all in mighty ways!!
Hugs – Mom, Mrs. A, Lynn
